ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: Hand-written or phone orders are not accepted as confirmed orders. Please fax, mail or e-mail confirmation. Acknowledgments are e-mailed or faxed for every order entered. Customer must review the acknowledgment upon receipt and ensure that all products are correctly described and ordered. Check color, spelling, size, cost, etc. Orders are placed into production within five (5) working days of art/order approval. NO cancellations will be accepted without charge after five (5) days. Contact your account representative with any corrections or special order requests.

ARTWORK: A very important detail in ordering our products! Refer to Art Requirements page for detailed information of our requirements. Artwork created by HarBurn Enterprises is for the use of our products only. Art is charged at $100.00 (P) per hour, with first simple layout @ no charge.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/CHANGES: Due to customer work on all products, there is a cancelation fee of 100.00 (P) for all canceled or changed orders during production AND any or all expenses incurred to that point.
CATALOGS AND RANDOM SAMPLES: Quantities of 1-10 catalogs and samples will be provided at no charge. For larger quantities, catalogs will be charged $4.00(P). The client is responsible for shipping charges, for 11 or more quantities, and when Express Service is requested.
CATALOG IMPRINTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS SHOWN: Imprints, logos and trademarks shown in any pictures within the catalog are for the purpose of showing capabilities and products produced only. These products are not for use in endorsement or for resale.
CHINESE NEW YEAR: Each year some of our factories celebrate Chinese New Year. This Celebration, has fluctuating dates in January or February of every year. ALL orders entered at this time will have longer delivery times. Our staff will provide those dates of the celebration and estimated delivery with receipt of art/orders
CONSECUTIVE NUMBERS: Consecutive numbers are available die-struck onto the back side of emblematic jewelry— die-struck, hard epoxy resins, classic cloisonné and soft enamel. Add’l COST $ .40(P) PER PIECE.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES: Please contact your account representative. We accept VISA/AMERICAN EXPRESS/MASTER CARD.
CREDIT MEMOS: For all orders requiring credit, a credit memo is applied as a credit to the customer’s account to be applied toward future orders.
DELIVERY: After receipt/approval of artwork, normal production time for orders is as follows:
- Import lapel pins/emblematic jewelry: approximately 4 weeks
- USA lapel pins/emblematic jewelry: approximately 4 weeks
- Emblems: approximately 4 weeks
- Hand-made bullion emblems: approximately 5 weeks
DESIGN: HarBurn Enterprises strives to produce the very best in layout and design for your custom product. Our suggestions are based on years of experience working with these products. HarBurn does not accept responsibility for products that are unappealing or inappropriate.
DIE CHARGES: A die charge will be applied for the creation of emblematic jewelry and Softeez™. This does not constitute ownership. All lettering and year changes on lapel pins/medallions/ coins and Softeez™ require a new die. A die is kept at our factory for re-use only by HarBurn Enterprises and our specified customer. (Dies over 3 years old must be completely remade and will be charged as a new die.)
DROP SHIPMENTS: Orders shipped to more than one destination will be charged an add’l $10.00(P) handling charge, PLUS normal shipping charges. Add $10.00 (P) for all order shipping 3rd party UPS or FedEx.
LARGE/SMALL QUANTITIES: For larger or smaller quantities than those shown, please contact your account representative for availability and prices.
OVER-RUNS/UNDER-RUNS: While every effort is made to produce the exact quantity requested, ALL products are subject to a 10% over/under run charge and will be billed accordingly.
PACKAGING: Lapel pins, SofteezTM, key rings, coins, medallions and bookmarks are packaged in clear individual poly bags. Emblems are packaged 25-50 per pack. As some items are imported, each piece is marked by country of origin by U.S. Customs rulings. Special packaging and products are available; contact your account representative for details.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES: For all products, add approximately 2-3 weeks to production time for pre-production samples. Go to
lapel pins for listed price, plus the die and set-up charge. For Softeez™ view
PVC section. For emblems, the charge for samples will vary with the size of the emblem; contact your account representative for pricing.
PRICES: All prices shown are effective as of March 1, 2011. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Special quotations are available for quantities not listed. Price change does not constitute credit memo or refund.
RE-ORDERS: For emblematic jewelry only, no die charge for exact re-orders of items purchased within 3 years. Beyond the 3 year period, new dies are required and charged at current catalog costs. View

import screened re-order charges.
RUSH ORDERS: Lapel pins and embroidered emblems will require approx. 3 weeks. Rush service is available with confirmation of art and order with your account representative. Lapel pins: For up to 200 please add $50.00 (net). For 300 and up, please add $.50 (P) ea (net). Embroidered emblems require an add’l cost of $150.00 – $250.00(P).
SHIPPING: All shipments are FOB Minnesota. All orders are shipped VIA, UPS and FED EX, unless otherwise instructed. All shipping costs are invoiced with the order upon shipment. Orders shipped using customer shipping number are charged $8.00 (P) handling charge per box.
TAPE CHARGES: A tape charge will be applied for the creation of embroidered emblems for quantities of under 49 pieces; regular orders of 50 pieces or more will not incur this charge. Embroidery tapes are kept at our factory for re-use only by HarBurn Enterprises and our specified customer. PAYMENT OF THIS TAPE CHARGE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OWNERSHIP.
PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days from invoice date for all approved customers. Initial orders for new customers without prior approval will be shipped COD or will requires fullpayment in advance. Direct Deposit, VISA/AMERICAN EXPRESS/MASTER cards are accepted; contact your account representative. Payments made other than physical check will be charged an accounting fee of $8.00 (P). All PAYMENTS over net 30 days WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL 1.5% INTEREST CHARGE and that interest will remain on account until full payment is made.
TOTAL MINIMUM ORDER: $150.00(P).
TOOLING/DIE CHARGE: The tooling/die charges noted in the catalog represent the cost for a simple design. This is what is required to make each pin, medallion, coin etc. Oversize and sculptured tooling/dies/molds are quoted based on final artwork.
All tooling/dies/molds is billed at factory cost and shall remain the property of HarBurn Inc. and be maintained for use for a period of 3 years.
TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT: HarBurn requires that customers carry authorization to use trademarks in reproduction of such items. We assume NO liability in trademark/copyright disputes. IMPORTATIONS OF SUCH ITEMS ARE MONITORED. When trade copy is used, the customer must provide a letter of approval to HarBurn Enterprises prior to order completion.
