Art is positively the most important part of the process in production
of our products. Please make sure your art is complete and specifications are noted clearly.
FORMAT:
Electronic artwork to be sent in vector
format (preferably Illustrator CS4 editable EPS). Convert all text
to outlines before sending. Note all PMS colors. Please e-mail artwork
to your account representative.
COMPUTERIZED ART:
Accepted by e-mail. Fonts must be included unless type is
converted to curves or outlines. Changes to art provided may add
charges to your order, $100.00(P) per hour.
FAXED ARTWORK:
We
cannot guarantee quality in detail when working with faxed artwork.
If it is necessary to “clean up” faxed artwork, costs
will be charged by the hour and added to the order total.
ARTWORK DESIGN:
Our creative team can work with your logo and your idea to develop
the perfect image to best represent your company, organization,
team or event. One (1 ) layout done at no charge. Art charges will apply $100.00 (P) per hour. Once the PO is received we will credit the art charge off of the order.
ALL NEW ORDERS OR CHANGES
TO ORDER:
A layout will be e-mailed for your approval.
The order will be placed on hold until written approval is received.
We show all designs based on size requested and suggested, as well
as options suggested by our creative team.
MISSING INSTRUCTIONS/FILES:
HarBurn
Enterprises is not responsible for lost or missing files or instructions.
ART
PRODUCTION:
Allow 2-4 business days depending on complexity
of artwork.
PRODUCTION OF ACTUAL
PRODUCT:
Once art and all
specifications necessary are approved in writing, HarBurn Enterprises
will begin production of product. Please see production time listed
by product.
Prices should be effective March 1,
2011.
